Interview for shortlisted applicants – what to expect?
The interview will support the evaluation of the applicant, and will focus on the following:
a. To determine the practical experience (e.g. duration, type of industrial system(s), industrial subsectors, specific role played by applicant) as claimed by the applicant in the application
b. To assess the scope and depth (e.g. level of complexity, procedures executed leading to the outcome of identifying and/or implementing energy efficiency improvement measures) of the applicant’s practical experience in the areas of expertise as claimed by the applicant in the application
